At Loved Ones, our Never Alone Program really sets us apart from the competition. While many in-home personal care companies will provide support and assistance for set hours during the day or in the evening, our Never Alone Program provides security and direct contact to our home care aides 24 hours a day, 7 day a week, 365 days a year.

Loved Ones patients receive an in-home medical alert system that provides assistance at the touch of a button with no additional cost to patients. For patients that don’t need or can’t afford around-the-clock care, our Never Alone Program provides a lifeline that immediately connects a patient with the Loved Ones team. The Never Alone program provides a strong peace of mind as an additional service to patients who may not have friends and family nearby. Whether it’s for an emergency or just a basic need that a patient has, your loved ones will never be alone.
This service can really be a lifesaver for patients with no informal support system to call in the case of an emergency.

Our team can contact emergency personnel to help patients and build quick history for paramedics, as we can pull up and provide an immediate history of medical records and prescriptions that are vital knowledge in an emergency situation.
